We connect homeowners to independent emergency tradespeople across the UK, free of charge.
When something floods, sparks or stops working at the worst possible moment, finding a trustworthy tradesperson fast is far harder than it should be. Our job is to take all of that complexity and hide it, so getting real, local help is as easy as it could possibly be, for anyone, anywhere.

EmergencyLines is a small, focused team, and it's completely free for homeowners in an emergency. No membership, no enquiry fee, no catch. You only ever pay the tradesperson, directly, for the work they do.
The promise underneath everything is simple: a 1 hour dispatch target. Every member agrees to prioritise setting off within one hour wherever possible; arrival timing is agreed directly with you.
Being small is the point. With no big overheads to carry and no bidding war to run between trades, we can stay lean enough to focus on fast connections, day and night.
